A Little About Me and What’s This Re-Brand Shift?

Welcome to the first episode of the re-branded Stronger in the Difficult places podcast. This podcast is for the woman who finds herself in a difficult relationship and struggles to keep herself whole and healthy despite it all. The answer is- you can! In this episode, I introduce the podcast and tell a little about myself. I define psychology, faith and feminism and what they mean to me within the context of the work that I do- helping women find health in the unhealthy.
