How To Fall In Love With Your Boundaries

Often when I talk about boundaries, I get a response like, “I know (eye roll). I have to have boundaries.” Boundaries are seen as this awful thing that we know is important but that we dread. In this episode, I explain some reasons why you may struggle to love your boundaries and provide you with some tools for learning to love yours.   Connect with me: Dr. Zoe Shaw on Instagram Dr. Zoe Shaw on Facebook
