Be Resilient

Resilient...What does this word mean to you?  The ability to recover, to pull through, to regain composure or stability?  To you the word may mean psychological or emotional strength.  The ability to take a hit and bounce back. You're a very small part of what appears to be a very large, chaotic and uncaring universe.  It can be hard to keep moving forward when the entire universe seems to be working against you, uncaring and inconsiderate.  After all, what have you done to deserve the strive, agony, and turmoil you've been forced to experience at one time or another. No one gets through this life without taking at least a few hits.  2020 in particular has kept the idea of resiliency at the front of my mind on a daily basis.  If you want to succeed in life you must develop the ability to roll with the punches life throws at you.  So how resilient are you?  Do you have the ability to face the turmoils of life with strength? In this episode we'll consider the importance of resiliency and how to develop it.
