Crossing the River

There's an old saying that it's easier to cross a river at tis source.  This sage wisdom was first recorded about 2600 years ago and is attributed to Zeno; one of the original wester philosophers. What did Zeno mean by this?  The river is a metaphor for life's difficulties.  What is meant by this is that it's easier to solve problems when they're small, as opposed to waiting until they've grown so big they become virtually unsolvable. That wisdom applies to how and when you deal with problems, address habits, or how and when you face any other challenges life throws at you. In this episode we'll consider six essential strategies to help you learn to cross the river at its source.  These six strategies, for those wise enough to employ them, will smooth your path as you move forward toward living a successful life.
