Fatigue

In today's episode we'll consider the toll fatigue takes on your success.  What I'm referring to primarily is mental fatigue and its effects on your mental and physical well-being.  The choices you make each day will determine whether or not you're fully prepared to combat this killer of success. In a fatigued state your mood is altered, you're more likely to feel depression, anxiety, and lack of hope.  You're more likely to accept unwise risks because your judgement will be impaired.  You're more inclined toward anger and lashing out.  Your mind will gravitate more toward the negatives in life as opposed to the positives.   Your physical health will be impaired, which can lead to everything from reduced levels of performance to serious health problems.  You can't have a successful life if your mind and body are not performing properly.  The solutions are not difficult.  It just takes some basic knowledge and a willingness to have the discipline to apply them.
