Sweden in Transition #2 - Thomas Bjelkeman Pettersson & Anke Johanna van Lenteren, Aquaponics

Two of the four co-founders of Johannas Stadodlingar AB; a local aquaponics farm growing and selling fish, vegetables and herbs. We talked about their circular cultivation system, which allows to produce food, all year round, whether it is 30 degrees hot or minus 30 degrees cold! We explored how this method achieved to have a very low environmental impact, and of course discussed on food transition in Sweden and in the whole world.
