She is an Apple Distinguished Educator, 2015 PBS Lead Digital Innovator, Code.org Affiliate, Seesaw Ambassador & Google Certified Educator. She serves on the governor’s Computer Science task force for the state of Iowa, as well as the state K-12 Computer Science standards work group.
