A California woman was arrested after allegedly binding her three year old son’s hands, putting a plastic bag around his head, and leaving him alone in a room as the house burned. Finally, a second woman has filed a lawsuit against Chicago bar, El Hefe, alleging that the staff failed to prevent, and even enabled, an unknown assailant to drug her drink and sexually assault her. The first suit was filed in late November.
