Many people have heard the phrase "Trauma Informed" in one context or another. It's commonly used in the medical and mental health fields as a guide for clinicians- but I think we should start throwing it about! Today's episode will teach you about why being trauma informed just makes good sense no matter what field (or household) you are in. It's all about making room in our relationships to understand each other better. Being trauma informed helps us gain closer relationships with better boundaries, have way less drama and stop taking everything so personally. It's helpful- trust me on this one.
