Anna Camp

Rick's back from London, and boy are his arms tired!
This weeks mustache wearing guest is Anna Camp, who’s long list of credits include the Pitch Perfect Franchise, The Help, True blood and Lovebirds.
Rick starts the episode off with a therapy session for Anna which transitions into an in-depth breakdown of her journey from living in NYC, fresh out of acting school, to landing TV and Film Roles. Anna divulges about her start in theatre, specifically Broadway, and how her (Naked) role in EQUUS with Daniel Radcliffe was the inception of all her work to date.

The two taste a little KIVA CHOCOLATE and get a nice giggly version of high, where Rick teases his infamous story about meeting Brad Pitt... You’ll just have to keep watching until he’s ready to share the whole naked thing!

Anna openly discusses the audition process, fulfilling your dreams and passions (cue piano music) and getting comfortable with singing. Also, the two practice commercial auditions… They’re so good you may not even be able to tell where the real commercials are, shoutout to Coinbros!

Om Podcasten

Hi, I'm Rick Glassman, and I'm a goofy guy and a cute boy. As a kid, I had debilitating OCD. I still have a lot of “things.” The title of my podcast “Take Your Shoes Off” is a microcosm of my need for control and order in a world that... keeps their shoes on. I created this podcast to showcase a more serious side, as I have conversations with some of the funniest and most interesting people in the world. I’ve learned the language of comedy in an attempt to survive this shoes-on world, so of course there will be some goofs and spoofs, but think of this podcast as you being a fly on the wall, as opposed to being an audience member in a theatre. Please, take your shoes off, and enjoy!
