Robert Buckley 2.0

Here we are again. Still locked down. Still frantically washing hands and still trying to provide TYSO fans with episodes.

Not a repeat, not a sequel, think of this more as a 2.0 on the previous Robert Buckley episode. Rick and Rob continued to chat for long enough after the initial episode to create a whole PART 2!

YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE LISTENED TO PART 1 TO ENJOY THIS!

This adjunct to the previous is a bit of a table-turner as Robert delves into the business of podcasts and hears Rick’s thoughts on the difficulties of running, editing and simply creating content . They also deep dive into BTS stuff in the entertainment industry, like making sitcoms in front of a live studio audience.

Rick's been trying to figure out the best way to continue to bring you episodes. TYSO, as you know, is very much a guest reliant show *SNAPS* so we’re navigating the new normal and trying some different things… Oh and thanks to everyone for sending in jokes for Rick to punch up. He’s going to be playing around with those soon. Thanks for sticking by us and continuing to watch! We will continue to bring you stuff to make you laugh and maybe poop.

Om Podcasten

Hi, I'm Rick Glassman, and I'm a goofy guy and a cute boy. As a kid, I had debilitating OCD. I still have a lot of “things.” The title of my podcast “Take Your Shoes Off” is a microcosm of my need for control and order in a world that... keeps their shoes on. I created this podcast to showcase a more serious side, as I have conversations with some of the funniest and most interesting people in the world. I’ve learned the language of comedy in an attempt to survive this shoes-on world, so of course there will be some goofs and spoofs, but think of this podcast as you being a fly on the wall, as opposed to being an audience member in a theatre. Please, take your shoes off, and enjoy!
