Ep 47: Build Your Own Table: Fitness for Life

Rachel Katzman is the Co-Founder of P.volve and Co-Founder and former CEO of Cuvée Beauty, a hair care line that she sold in 2019. Katzman launched the company in 2017 with co-founder, Stephen Pasterino. She’s known for her customer-centric approach to leadership and always challenging her team to “be the customer.” Day to day, she focuses on driving the creative vision of the company forward, growing the digital platform and looking to establish P.volve's footing in the fitness space. All of this, she believes, can be done successfully in sweatpants. Katzman is still as obsessed with the method today as she was four years ago and can often be found taking classes (these days, virtually!) right alongside the P.volve community.  Listen to this Takin’ Care of Lady Business episode with Rachel Katzman about starting and running a business centered around health. Here is what to expect on this week’s show: Why she created a business around a personal issue to be more purposeful. How Rachel’s past failures became her best teacher. How creating her digital business BEFORE Covid became a great advantage. Why she created P.volve as three different businesses combined into one. Reasons why Rachel decided to franchise the business and the advantages and growth therefrom.   Connect with Rachel: https://www.pvolve.com/ Learn more about your ad choices.
