2022 was the year of the layoff, and unfortunately, many good TA professionals were let go. When the hiring stops, businesses often don't realise quite how skilled their excellent TA staff are and the other areas they might be able to help with or support. So, this live discussion focused on how TA professionals can put their hands up to support the business outside of recruiting.
