She’s a Ph.D. and created a perenially waitlisted course called “Leading with Mindfulness and Compassion” at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she is on the faculty for Stanford Business School’s lead program. Leah Weiss is a principal teacher and a founding faculty member of Stanford’s Compassion Cultivation Program, conceived by the Dalai Llama, and is on faculty for Space Center Houston’s Human Performance Accelerator Lab.In 2019, Leah Weiss co-founded Skylyte, a company that specializes in data-driven, scaleable solutions to team health. Dr. Weiss’s first book, How We Work: Live Your Purpose, Reclaim Your Sanity, and Embrace the Daily Grind focuses on compassion and resilient leadership through research-backed techniques.
