Series 1, Episode 1: Underground Love

The true life love story of the married couple who announce the trains together on London Underground. Phil Sayer is the man behind the iconic "Mind the Gap" announcement on many of the London Underground lines, and although he died in 2016 his recordings are still being used. His wife, Elinor Hamilton, still accompanies him as they safely guide Londoners to their destination, but - even in death - it seems as if Phil is still guiding her. Recorded in July 2019, with Debbie Mac and Stephanie Hirst. Produced by Karl Svenson at Tadah Media.
