Talking Vision 674 Week Beginning 24th of April 2023

We celebrate International Guide Dog Day this week as Jane and Kim from Seeing Eye Dogs join Sam all the way from the International Guide Dog Federation conference in Canada, to celebrate the day and talk about why dog guides are so crucial to the mobility and independence of their owners who are blind or have low vision. Then later in the show Leeanne from the Library is back as well with Tess to chat about all the latest news from the Vision Australia Library, and last but not least we hear from CEO of Blind Citizens Australia, Sally Aurisch, with a wrap up of all the things going on at BCA.Support this Vision Australia Radio program: https://www.visionaustralia.org/donate?src=radio&type=0&_ga=2.182040610.46191917.1644183916-1718358749.1627963141See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
