Tony and Grammy Award-winning performer Leslie Odom Jr. discusses his meteoric rise to the top, all things Hamilton, his solo career, and the brand-new holiday album “The Christmas Album” which released on November 6th, 2020. Odom Jr. reimagines holiday favorites like “Little Drummer Boy” and “Last Christmas” along with two newly penned original tracks, “Snow” and “Heaven & Earth.” This album also features guest artists such as Tony, Emmy and Grammy winner Cynthia Erivo, actress Nicolette Robinson and The Mzansi Youth Choir. Leslie Odom Jr. is a multifaceted performer spanning Broadway, television, film and music. He is best-known for his award-winning performance as ‘Aaron Burr’ in Hamilton, which is now streaming on Disney+. Additionally, he recently became an Emmy nominated voice actor for his role in the animated musical-comedy series Central Park on Apple TV+. In November 2019, Leslie Odom Jr. released his third album and first all-original material called "Mr" and last month (October 2020) a brand-new version of his song “Cold” with SIA. Odom Jr. is set to star in several upcoming projects, including Regina King’s directorial debut film One Night in Miami as Sam Cooke, The Sopranos prequel, The Many Saints of Newark, and the feature film Music written and directed by singer-songwriter Sia.
