Unseen Thanks: your impact in the tango community

Tango gives us a lot of things to be grateful for but most of the time we might take them for granted. We are used to being able to go out on a regular basis and spend a few hours hugging people and listening to amazing music. One day I hope there is a way to measure brain activity while we dance... There is nothing like it! And most people in the world don't know of anything like this. In this episode I banter about "the little things that make all the difference." And in the context of gratitude and tango, those little things always seem to do with the way we perceive and value ourselves. How can we be more grateful to and for ourselves? I share a fun thought exercise at the end of the episode, try it out and let me know how it goes! Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Thank you for dancing tango!
