Special: Relaxation Meditation

Prerna leads a 15-minute guided mindfulness practice for relaxation. In this meditation, we allow our nervous system to relax by taking full conscious breaths into the whole body. Then, we rest with the breath, focusing on the present moment, gently guiding our attention back if we wander. We close with setting intentions for ourselves and share the positive vibrations out into our world.
