As CIO, Rick is responsible for all technology and security at the company. Prior to Molina, Rick worked for Sony Pictures Entertainment, where he served as CIO for four years and as senior vice president of information technology prior to that. Before Sony, he served as CIO for Homestore.com and then as chief technology officer (CTO) for Homestore International. Rick received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.
