My next guest has no idea that he is one of my personal heroes. The first time when I heard him speak, I think I was 14 - he was one of the main speakers at one of Peniel's camps. He was talking with so much passion about what he was doing, about being a youth leader that I remember saying ''that's what I wanna do when I grow up, I want to be a youth leader just like him''. Years later, when I actually had the chance to serve as a youth leader, I often found myself going back to his messages from youth events, summer camps, or conferences.
