He is also vocalist and producer for the beach-boys inspired indie rock band Nite Tides. In this episode, we talk about his studio apprenticeship at a major studio with access to a lot of gear and then getting his own place and not having the luxury of a ton of gear getting a great sound from minimal mics, outboard and equipment.
