200. Exploring the Depths of Emotional Authority With Kristin Quattlebaum
On top of that, I'm so excited to welcome back Kristin Quattlebaum to That Projector Life. Kristin is a 1/3 Emotional Projector, and in this episode, she's sharing how she's learned and grown since we last spoke with her. (I highly recommend checking out Kristin's first TPL interview. It's episode 85.) We talk a lot about emotions and emotional healing as Kristin shares about her approach to working with her emotional authority. She also walks us through the idea of a secondary authority and how that influenced her ability to connect with and work with her emotional authority. This was such a fun episode, and Kristin shares so much insight into the workings of the Solar Plexus and her own experiences with it.
