TRL 122: Lessons From Running a 120 Person Remote Company with Chase Warrington | Head of Business Development at Doist

Today on the podcast I am joined by Chase Warrington, the head of business development for Doist, the company behind the popular task management app Todoist which at the moment has a team of over 120 people spread across 40 different countries, and they are all fully remote. Chase is a long time digital nomad who has been living in Spain with his wife and dog and joined us for this interview from their van, just down the street from the beach in Xabia, Spain. During this interview Chase and I got to discuss how they approach remote work at Doist and he shared their strategies around communication, community building, and systemization. Chase is also the host of the fantastic podcast About Abroad which focusses on sharing the stories of people who followed their dreams of living internationally.
