117. Thoughts That Have Your Own Back

It has never ever been more important to be intentional with your thoughts.  We are going through it my friends.  Here is why it is so important to manage every aspect of your thinking when you are pursuing anything. Your body does not know that your thoughts are not true and so, it responds as if it is.  It is how we fire up the hippocampus and it’s how our body starts creating antibodies that attack our bodies.  It throws your body into survival mode.  It is how disease is created and elongated and prospers in us.
