EP-139 ALASKA TO ARGENTINA: Cycling the classic route through the Americas

This week we have Donivan Berube on the Podcast, as he talks about one of the most epic bike rides, from Alaska to Argentina.  Donivan has finished the US and Canada, and we chatted while he was taking a week off in Los Angeles. Hear about why Donivan chose this ride, as well as what has made it so special. Donivan is an international adventure cyclist, touring musician and travel writer. He’s worked as an English teacher in Huaycán, Peru, a librarian in Big Sur, California, a luthier in Arizona, and taken solo long-distance bicycle tours across the United States, France, Iceland, Ireland, and currently from Alaska to Argentina. He is a recipient of the Viola Award for Excellence In Music alongside features in NPR’s Morning Edition, Paste Magazine, American Trails, and Vinyl Me, Please.
