Beans on Toast AKA Jay is one of the most colourful and charismatic fellows on the UK festival scene. He's worked with everyone from Mumford and Sons, through to releasing ten of his own solo albums, his own book Drunk Folk Stories, he's a funny guy - has seen it all, done it all and has got the medals and the trophies to show.
