Blame & Responsibility

Do you take responsibility for your results? For ALL of them? Most artists take absolutely zero credit for the positive results they created. They assume they were a fluke, a stroke of luck, or not that big of a deal anyway. But then…they take 100% blame for anything negative that happens to them. Things completely out of their control, their brain twists a way into thinking that somehow they created it and are at fault and if they were only somehow better (morally or more talented or more aware) then they could have stopped it. And this vicious cycle completely deteriorates your sense of self and confidence. When you think everything bad is your fault and everything good was luck, you have no power to create change. You shut down and turn to self blame. The solution? Tune in to hear. @whitneyuland You can find the transcript here: www.abundantartistcoaching.com/blog/094
