Robert Cheeke and Matt Frazier on How to Get Healthy and Strong (While Being Plant Based)

Today’s conversation welcomes Robert Cheeke and Matt Frazier co-authors of the newly released NYT best selling book, “The Plant based athlete.”Robert is a former champion bodybuilder, a long time vegan and founder of veganbodybuilding.com. The guy has put on a whopping 100 lb all while abstaining from animal products. Matt is also a veteran plant-fueled machine but has made his mark in the world of endurance sports as a marathoner and ultra runner. Matt is also the man behind the highly popular blog nomeatathlete.com.   Together they have written a book filled with science and plant based athlete transformation stories. I want to preface this episode by saying that I am personally not plant-based nor do I think it’s the best approach for everyone.
