Her2Positivity · Cynthia Mansfield

When my client sent me a photo before this podcast I was in awe. It brought a tear to my eye, or rather tears. This is the amazing Cynthia Mansfield…you’d never know from looking at this what she has been through in the last few years. Her story is incredible and I’m interviewing her tomorrow, a couple of months after we finished working together. She has so many stories and triumphs to share. She is one resilient woman. She’s not even 30 years old. She’s a mum to three kids, and one in the oven due any day. She’s a mum to twins. That had twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (where one baby takes more nutrients than the other). She navigated a surgery that had a risk that one twin may not make it. They both survived. She then navigated NICU. Yet another big event. When the twins were 14 months old in 2020 she was breastfeeding when something wasn’t right. She went on to be diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer meaning it had metastasised. To her lymph and to her bones. Incredibly in 2021 she was in radiological remission. When she reached out to me she had just found out she was pregnant with her fourth. Something that wasn’t recommended given her history. Her cancer was her2positive. She came on Release to start processing… we then worked together 1:1. This woman defies the odds in so many ways and is an inspiration. I can’t wait to share more of Cynthia’s story with you. It’s taken a lot for her to get to where she’s at, a lot of the work she did before we met. I love the name of her IG account @her2positivity Only those who have had a breast cancer experience might know what this means. But to others it can have another meaning of what’s possible. I can’t wait for her to share more with all of you. Thanks for your inspiration Cynthia. Looking forward to our chat tomorrow! So much more than just this to talk about! Cynthia welcomes you to reach out. Curious and positive messages only, please. Om Podcasten

Jin Ong is medical intuitive, pattern hunter, theme breaker and messenger of truth. Trained professionally as an osteopath, psychosomatic therapist, western medical acupuncturist and herbalist. She has worked with thousands of clients. She started two bricks and mortar clinics she later went on to sell to move into the online space as a coach + mentor. She is the creator of the Release Process ® and host of The Art Of Listening To Your Body Podcast. Jin works with complex physical and emotional conditions that don’t respond to traditional or conventional therapies, including surgery. Her work also includes those with cancer, autoimmune conditions and fertility issues. She is a strong believer that your body is a manifestation of your emotional state. The experiences, events and traumas in your life are associated with an emotion that wants to be expressed and released at the time. If you don’t know how to express or rather you suppress because that emotion is inconvenient, it gets stored in your body as a source of stress. You can compensate until you can’t anymore. When it all gets too much, your body presents with physical issues: pain, injury, illness, disease; mental imbalances: anxiety, depression that overtakes your life and fears and phobias; behavioural dysfunction: addiction, excess control and discipline; as well as recurring issues playing out in your life. You don’t need to end up at this crisis point. Jin weaves in the practical and the woo to intuitively read your body and decipher the messages it has for you. Most importantly she facilitates a deeply cathartic and transformational process to empty out your emotional cup, create space for more and manifest the life you truly desire. She loves to dig deep, speak about the unspoken, and help you process unresolved emotions that hold them back from living the life you truly want. It all starts with getting comfortable with discomfort and speaking about the unspoken.
