Michelle is a world-renowned designer who was Editor-in-Chief of ELLE Decoration UK for a long time and who appeared in many different tv-shows about decoration and design. In spring 2020 her first book was published: Happy Inside - How to harness the power of home for health and happiness. 


Nerina Ramlakhan is a physiologist, sleep expert and author of several books on sleep, including Tired but Wired. She shares some valuable insights on how a bedroom can contribute to a healthy sleep routine. Like, relaxing smells and the location of the bed.
