Episode 82: Food and feelings part 1

In this episode, we talk about the relationships between food and feelings for adults. We discuss how food can be both a source of nourishment and a control pattern (way to suppress feelings) and how compassion for ourselves when we're eating for suppression makes such a difference. We share about the power of presence and pleasure with food, as well as receiving. We also include the importance of listening to how our past affects our present relationship with food, including our ancestral lineages.
