This week I am joined by a mentor, friend and my therapist, Chantale Marie! Those of you who have been listening will have heard me paraphrase her wisdom on many occasions, and so I am honoured to be chatting with her on the pod today. You can read a little more about Chantale below but what you can expect in today's episode is what addiction and high performance have in common, all things core beliefs and how to uncover them and why this matters! We do a deep dive into the conscious v subconscious, misconceptions about therapy, how to grow/feed thoughts and lastly how to deal with negativity - here C gives some fantastic practical tips to deal with this in the moment as well as my favourite visualisation!Want to connect with Chantale?
