Today I am joined by Sam Wood who is the founder of 28 By Sam Wood, successful entrepreneur and businessman, as well an author and media commentator. It was so lovely chatting with Sam about all of the hats he wears in life, what balance means to him and some fantastic fitness tips too!Waiting for a Monday? Maybe January 1st?
