Today I am joined by Mindfulness Trainer, Transformation Coach, and the Founder of Purposeful Vibes - Gül Sönmez. She helps entrepreneurs and corporate professionals all around the world move past their stress and trauma to heal, transform and flourish in all areas of their lives.We diveinto how to become more mindful in the work place (especially for moments where you can't really leave work but need to reground), she introduces me to 'energy hygiene' to ground & protect ourselves, she shares what your body pain can teach you about things you need to process (especially neck pain) and provides a library of techniques for you to try and add to your toolkit! I also pick her brain on the age old "I'm not good enough" belief - what she said changed my world.
