In this episode of the Bare Performance Podcast, Nick Bare talks about his post race recap of the Austin, Texas Marathon on February 16th, 2020. Nick is on a journey to improve his marathon run time and achieve a slot at the Boston Marathon. This requires a sub 3-hour marathon at a 6:50 min/mile pace or faster.  Nick improved his marathon time by 50 minutes in the past year and continues to to learn more about his journey with endurance training after transitioning from bodybuilding/strength training.
