#59 - The Journey To A Sub 3-Hour Marathon

In this episode of the Bare Performance Podcast, Nick Bare talks about his personal journey to running a sub 3-hour marathon. Nick's first marathon was the Austin, Texas Marathon in 2018, shortly after transitioning out of the US Army as an Infantry Officer.
