Today we reminisce about the start of Shelby’s career with the lovely Georgie Smedley, owner of The Georgie Smedley Group, formerly known as Nail Harmony UK. Georgie tells us how her journey started into the beauty industry and how her life lead to a career in distribution. Shelby’s career started at the age of 16 when she won the Gelish Gives Back campaign whilst studying at college. Georgie tells us the idea behind this innovative scheme and what they are currently doing to support beauty therapists during the pandemic. We also chat about the changes that the distribution company has recently taken, such as changing their name and taking on a group of inspirational ambassadors.
