We live in a fast-paced world that encourages us all to go go go and do do do almost non-stop. Today, in episode 23, I want to talk about tangible ways to welcome or introduce slowing down into your life. I believe that we must be intentional about creating a life that does not attempt to match the fast and quick beat that is the backdrop of our lives.
