Achieving running performances you can be proud of, the matter of Marathons and a light helping of physics with Luke Caldwell

Todays guest is Luke Caldwell.  Luke competed at the 2014 Commonwealth Games achieving 13th place in the 5000m and 14th in the 10,000m. He currently resides in Boulder, Colorado and is a member of The Roots Running collective that boasts an impressive stable of Athletes alongside Luke.  The team there helped Luke achieve an impressive 2:11:30 marathon debut.  In this conversation, we talk a little about Luke's job as a physicist, the kind of projects he works on and how they apply to our everyday understanding of the universe.  As well as his running life and how his switch to the marathon as well starting a new life in Boulder has helped him achieve performances he can be proud of.   I hope you enjoy the episode.
