Running & Expectation with Tilly GW - The Big Run - Episode 96

Todays guest is runner, artist, chemistry graduate, dancer and writer Tilly Gomperts Willis.  A runner from the age of 10, Tilly grew up in Cambridge and was a member of the local AC (Cambridge & Colderidge) with sprinting her main focus. But has since tackled the marathon distance and most recently The Speed Project.  Her interests in fashion, materials, writing and movement are all interlinked and she has a fascinating perspective on the relationship between expectation and running.  I joined her for a coffee in London's Victoria park to learn more about her running story and what the sport means to her.  You can follow Tilly on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/theconfusedbadger/ Cover photo courtesy of Yann Gobert @yanngobert Thanks for listening.
