Staying Curious - Running, Trails and telling stories with Brands with Patrick Stangbye - The Big Run - Episode 99

Today's guest is Patrick Stangbye.  Patrick grew up in the suburbs of Oslo in Norway, he’s a creative director who works closely alongside brands to tell a story and communicate with their audience. Also, an accomplished runner after taking up the sport following his first marathon in 2016 he is often found on the trails in Norway hoovering up vert and pushing himself physically, taking on UTMB CCC in 2019 and again this year in August. In this conversation we talk about the simplest definition of what he does for a living, Norwegian food staples, technical outdoor wear as a reflection of our times and that sometimes ultra running is just plain hard.
