EP. 45: The climate lawsuits are coming. Is that good?

In May 2021, a Dutch court found that large companies have climate responsibility and ordered Shell and its subsidiaries to do more to protect the climate. The ruling, which also attracted much attention internationally (and especially in Germany), also sent German climate activists into raptures. Even then, it was clear that it would only be a matter of time before such lawsuits were filed in Germany as well. Now the time has come. Dennis explains the new form of lawsuits and his point of view on them.
