#129 What is Normal and How is That Helping You Now

How often have you heard, “I just want things to get back to normal!” over the past year?     That’s not only a common phrase in this pandemic living, but it’s also a common phrase after breast cancer treatment.    You want to feel like you used to feel, and you don’t want to be in the present moment noticing all that you’re experiencing and everything that’s changed now because it can suck!     So, you look to the person you were in the past…that “normal” person. But wanting to be like her doesn’t help you move forward in the life you’re living now.    In this episode, I’ll share how my thoughts have changed between my first breast cancer diagnosis and this one ten years later, and I’ll let you in on how I turn to the future vision of myself to help me get past the tough spots.    Grab your seat in the Better than Before Breast Cancer Workshop: For the full transcript and links to resources visit The Breast Cancer Recovery Coach  Follow me on Social Media:  Facebook  Instagram  Pinterest  YouTube
