#17 - Relinquishment and Assignation of Agricultural Tenancies in Scotland

As of the 28th February, 1991 Act tenants will be able to set in motion the procedures for the possible relinquishment and potential assignation of their tenancies under the statutory changes of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016. In this episode, Jeremy Moody talks through the statutory provisions and sets out the key points to consider.
