Acceptance Meditation

We can work in different ways with acceptance - self-acceptance, accepting others and being accepted by others. This meditation is focused on accepting others. We all come across people who hold different opinions, or who have made a mistake or whose behaviour has been difficult to understand and accept. This meditation will help you to begin to find acceptance for this type of situation. No-one said this was easy, or that it is a simple fix. This is where we need to "do the work"! I hope that this meditation will either help you in a situation you find yourself in or prepare you well for if you need to find acceptance for others.We hold resistance in both our minds and our bodies when it comes to accepting difficult people and situations. But we are in control of how we think and how we feel.
