Active Meditation

In today's meditation I invite you to be standing as we find yet another way to meditate - actively! Bringing our attention into the body in an intentional way is very grounding and in this episode we are looking to activate and drain our lymphatic system. The lymph nodes around our body can become stagnant and since they are often hidden in areas that do not get much attention, such as the armpits and groin areas, this is an extremely valuable technique. I will create a video for my socials that shows you these areas but it will be easy to follow along with this audio! Enjoy!
