Empath Meditation

I have had a request from a listener! As an empath, the listener wanted to know how to clear other people's energy from their own. So, this episode is not really a meditation per se but more a flow of thoughts about how to deal with taking on other peoples energy.Most empaths put themselves last - they feel other peoples pain and suffering keenly, and feel such compassion that there is often very little left for themselves. I have gathered together some ideas on how to go about turning what is a real super power, back in on the self, to protect yourself. Learning how to be self-compassionate is what we are focusing on in this podcast. Whilst I am not leading you in a meditation, I am giving you a set of tools with which to nurture your self-compassion as I truly believe that this is the path to releasing you from other peoples energy. I hope that this will help not only empaths, but everyone find some more self-compassion. We are nurturing the heart chakra with this work, that bridge chakra between the earthly, grounded chakras and the ethereal upper chakras, we are giving ourselves the opportunity to grow, to make connections within our energetic body, and to find deeper peace within our hearts.As you can see - make a request and it shall be answered!
