Finding Peace Meditation

In this meditation we are seeking some well earned peace! Especially at this time of year we often require a little respite from the busy-ness and stress that is surrounding us all. This is one of the most simple ways I know of getting yourself into a meditative state and I encourage you to allow extra time at the end of this meditation to stay, for as long as you can, in the state of utter peace that you will find. To find this we are using the breath to bring a natural peacefulness into the mind, body and spirit. The simple use of the breath will leave space for you to find inner quiet in such a beautifully easy way. When I am meditating this is how I usually start! Just focusing into the breath brings you to the present moment, brings your body into its parasympathetic nervous system state and allows you to quieten the mind.Since there is no "outro", I will remind you here to visit my website and check out my Chakra Courses and yoga classes.
