However, fear can creep into areas of our lives that do not require this response and can come in many forms. It can be felt in the knot in your stomach when money feels uncertain or waiting for news you can’t control. It might be around the conversation you know will change everything or a sudden phone call that shakes the ground beneath you. And sometimes, it’s simply the quiet dread of not knowing what comes next. Fear is part of being human. But you don’t have to be swallowed by it.
